Terms of Service

Prices are subject to change at any time. The client will be charged the listed price at the time the request was submitted.Please fill out my Google form to request your commission. Please do NOT email or DM your request-- any emails or DMs received will be redirected to the form and may delay review of your request. You may, however, email me or DM if the commission you want is unlisted (Panels, Sub Badges, Design, etc).Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the characters and/or background. Please send references with your request. I will not accept your request until I have reviewed your references/ have a clear idea of what you are requesting.All commissions will be done in high resolution; low-res process images with my watermark may be sent for approval. You may make up to 3 changes to your commission as long as the overall idea and composition remains the same.If you have a deadline, please let me know at the time of your request. A 25% rush fee will be applied for any commissions with a deadline of under 2 weeks. While most commissions are done within 2-3 weeks, wait times may vary depending on my workflow. I will be in contact with the client if there is a delay on their commission.All payments must be made in full prior to starting the commission. I will not begin any commissions that have not been fully paid. I will send an invoice with a full breakdown of your pricing. Commission payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, so please do not send any sort of payment until I have confirmed approval.I reserve the right to use the produced artwork for marketing purposes, including but not limited to posting images on social media and in my portfolio.Commission artwork is for personal use only. You may not use my artwork for commercial use or sell the artwork for profit. You may post the produced artwork with proper credit.I reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time for any reason if I am unable to complete the request.
